Irrigation Design Engineer
Job Description
Design and develop irrigation systems for large-scale infrastructure and landscaping projects, ensuring efficiency and sustainability. The role requires coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and providing technical support during construction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed irrigation layouts, calculations, and schematics
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and landscape engineers
- Select and specify irrigation equipment and control systems
- Review shop drawings and material submittals
- Provide technical support during installation and testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in irrigation design for major projects
