Job Description
Egyptian national providing litigation and dispute support for Kuwait-related corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft and finalize legal pleadings and defense memoranda
- Provide legal support on disputes with regulatory authorities in Kuwait
- Analyze case files and identify legal risks
- Deliver practical written legal opinions on corporate law
Qualifications
- Egyptian national (mandatory)
- Minimum 5–7 years relevant legal experience in Kuwait-related matters
- Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory); Master's preferred
- Excellent legal drafting skills in Arabic
