Job Description

As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our restaurant and vendor partners. You will serve as the main point of contact, helping them optimize their presence on our platform. Qualifications: Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Serve as a trusted advisor. Data-Driven Consulting: Analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement. Share actionable recommendations. Conduct regular business reviews. Account Growth & Optimization: Identify growth opportunities and upsell services. Support partners in optimizing content. Recommend marketing campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular business reviews to align on growth plans
  • Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio and upsell services
  • Support partners in optimizing content for better engagement
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address needs
  • Negotiate and renew commercial agreements
  • Ensure partners comply with service-level agreements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success
