Compliance Officer
Job Description
1. Develop, update, and implement the Company’s systems, Code of conduct, policies, procedures, and controls to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. 2. Update indicators of the regulatory environment including AML/CFT. 3. Providing guidance to management and employees in topics relating to compliance. 4. Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans. 5. Meet all obligations stated in law and bylaws in terms of Compliance and AML. 6. Ensure proper reporting of violations to regulators. 7. Conduct Screening and KYC (or EDD) on prospective clients and employees. 8. Opening accounts with counterparties and completing KYC.
