Job Description
Chao Restaurant Group is looking for a high-energy Hiring Manager to own recruitment across our growing family of restaurants. This role is for someone who moves fast, reads people well, and takes pride in building strong crews.
Responsibilities
- Own hiring from start to finish across FOH, BOH, and leadership roles
- Build and execute recruiting strategies
- Run interviews and evaluate candidates
- Lead onboarding including paperwork and orientation
- Keep hiring organized using applicant tracking systems
- Train and develop teams around service standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service management with hiring responsibility
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and POS systems
- Confident leader with interviewing and training skills
- Food safety certification or culinary experience is a plus
