Job Description
TechBiz Global is recruiting an Enablement Officer/Solution Engineer to lead technical onboarding and product demos for a fintech/crypto client. The role bridges the gap between sales and engineering, ensuring successful client integrations and go-live processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality product demos to prospects
- Lead technical onboarding and go-live for clients
- Review and validate integration designs and API flows
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues
- Liaise with external vendors and partners
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Solution Engineer or Integration Engineer
- Experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Hands-on experience with crypto payments or API integrations
- Perfect English (written and verbal)
