Relationship Manager Corporate Banking Baghdad
Job Description
Manage relationships with existing and new unit clients to improve portfolio profitability. The role involves credit analysis, marketing credit facilities, and risk evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Improve profitability of the portfolio by achieving set objectives
- Proactively manage relationship with existing and new unit Clients
- Enhance the marketing process for credit facilities (Up-Selling)
- Coordinate with other SBUs (Cross Selling) and implement marketing strategy
- Analyzing and evaluating credit data and financial statements
- Identify existing and potential key Clients and define their needs
- Handle clients portfolio that are considered small to medium
- Analyze clients complaints and follow-up on service recovery process
- Build financial modeling and financial spreading for client
- Conduct risk analysis/determination activities
- Ensure growth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolios
- Perform analysis and assessment for clients needs of new products
- Collect required documents for credit decisions
- Implement field visits to client
- Review and recommend credit requests for policy adherence
Qualifications
- BSc. in business or related field from a recognized university
- 5 years of relationship experience in a leading international/Regional Bank
