Remote Process Assistant
Job Description
A global e‑commerce and digital operations services provider delivering order-to-delivery, customer care, and back-office process support for international markets. We operate fully remotely in Canada, optimizing workflows, SLAs, and customer outcomes through disciplined process execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day back-office processes including order processing and data entry
- Monitor and triage customer inquiries across CRM/ticketing systems
- Maintain accurate records and update order/customer data in CRM/ERP tools
- Follow and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Track KPIs and SLA metrics and generate status reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using remote tools
Qualifications
- Must-have experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Zendesk, Salesforce
- Data entry and order management experience
- Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience with Slack
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier) is preferred
