Project Manager (12-15 years UAE Exp.)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, certified from Dubai Municipality (DM) to oversee and manage construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with UAE regulations and Dubai Municipality building codes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage construction activities from initiation to completion
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards
- Oversee daily site operations and resolve technical issues
- Review project designs, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Implement quality control procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor laws and site safety regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Dubai Municipality Certification is mandatory
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry in Dubai
