Business Development Manager (Ankara, Turkiye)
Job Description
Ajax Systems is looking for a Business Development Manager to promote products and services to systems integrators, installers, consultants, and end-users in the Ankara region.
Responsibilities
- Promote Ajax Systems products to systems integrators and end-users
- Follow up on new business opportunities and arrange meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations to business partners
- Establishing relationships with alliance partners and alarm receiving centers
- Communicate product features and developments to partners
- Deliver product and commercial education and training
- Encourage the specification of systems to include Ajax products
- Develop market strategies and support marketing events
- Provide feedback to management on market requirements
Qualifications
- Expert in the security business with at least 4-5 years of experience
- Proven track record in promoting intrusion security business
- Result-oriented mentality with the ability to function semi-autonomously
- Deep understanding of industry standards, channels, and sectors
- Technical competence with security products
- Strong sales and technical presentation skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields preferred
- Valid driver's license for regular travel
