Operations & Administration Executive
Job Description
This role combines Retail Operations Support, Administrative tasks, and CEO Personal Assistant responsibilities. You will support daily store activities, manage the CEO's calendar, and ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination within the retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily store and operational activities
- Handle invoices, vendor bills, and expense statements
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Draft professional emails and internal communications
- Oversee store maintenance requirements
- Coordinate with HR for attendance and rosters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related
- 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, administration, or executive assistance
