Reporting to the Sr. Manager for Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by keeping key processes, data, and cross-functional initiatives running smoothly. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Retail partners to manage merchandising execution, product setup, pricing accuracy, and customer documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced CPG environment, bringing a strong sense of ownership and a solutions-oriented mindset to everything they do.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day sales operations to ensure achievement of company and departmental objectives
  • Manage merchandising calendars, intake forms, and related documentation
  • Maintain and update SOPs and merchandising best-practice documentation
  • Own and support product content management in Salsify, ensuring accurate, complete, and retailer-ready product data
  • Coordinate product setup and new retailer onboarding
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, merchandising operations, or a related role in the CPG space
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude; proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Self-directed and able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
