Job Description
Oversee and manage all human resources functions for our company based in JAFZA.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with JAFZA Free Zone regulations
- Develop HR policies and employee handbook
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll budgets
- Assess and implement training programs
- Coordinate company insurance and license renewals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Manager in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and JAFZA regulations
- Experience handling JAFZA visas and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience in a Free Zone or lubricant manufacturing environment preferred
