Senior civil engineer
Job Description
Permanent full-time position. A leading consultancy firm is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to be based in Qatar. Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects, particularly those related to treated/waste water infrastructure. Oversee design, construction, and implementation ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects
- Oversee design, construction, and implementation
- Manage and mentor junior engineering team members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
- Analyze complex engineering data
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university in North America, Western Europe, or Australia
- Professional licensure as a Chartered Engineer (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in treated/waste water projects
