Global Senior Finance Manager m/f/d

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end process of revenue recognition for software licenses, SaaS, and professional services
- Drive the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for revenue
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements under IFRS and HGB
- Coordinate and consolidate group reporting activities
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare technical accounting memos and documentation
- Support internal and external audits
- Continuously improve financial systems and processes
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in software or professional services
- Deep knowledge of IFRS (IFRS 15) and HGB
- Strong experience in financial statement preparation, group reporting, and consolidation
- Experience with SAP ERP, preferably S/4 HANA
- Fluent in English and German
