Vendor Registration & Prequalification Specialist (KSA Portals)
Job Description
We are seeking a Vendor Registration & Prequalification Specialist with proven, hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia to manage the end-to-end registration and qualification of the company on government, semi-government, giga-project, and private sector portals. This is a pure execution role focused on ensuring the company is registered, compliant, and eligible for tenders.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor registration and prequalification on KSA platforms like Etimad and Baladi
- Register the company with major entities like Aramco, NEOM, and ROSHN
- Maintain all legal, financial, and technical compliance documents
- Handle portal rejections and follow-ups until approval
- Track renewals of licenses and registrations
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations for documentation
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in vendor registration or supplier onboarding
- Direct experience with Etimad, Baladi, SAP Ariba, or Oracle Supplier Portal
- Experience dealing with government or giga-project portals in Saudi Arabia
