Job Description
At Concentrix, you will ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs, clarify requirements, and provide resolution to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs
- Clarify customer requirements and provide appropriate resolution
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products or services
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
- Respond to customer inquiries using published materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to rotate shifts as needed
