Job Description

At Concentrix, you will ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs, clarify requirements, and provide resolution to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs
  • Clarify customer requirements and provide appropriate resolution
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products or services
  • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
  • Respond to customer inquiries using published materials

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to rotate shifts as needed
