Job Description
Supervise daily yard, shuttling and gate operations. Ensure proper loading/unloading of containers in compliance with the loading plan. Coordinate with shipping line and customers, reach stacker/ECH operators, truck drivers, and clerks. Monitor container yard utilization and direct container stacking and movements.

- Enforce all safety rules, PPE usage, and terminal regulations
- Assign daily duties to operators, clerks, and labor teams
- Ensure the effective deployment of equipment
- Prepare shift reports, incident reports, and productivity summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in container terminal or logistics operations
