Job Description
Provide business support for the Oracle Fusion application to both French and international regions. Respond promptly to tickets and requests, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Provide business support for Oracle Fusion
- Respond to tickets and requests according to SLAs
- Maintain online help resources
- Resolve basic Fusion tickets and escalate complex issues
- Perform daily reviews of Power BI reports
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or up to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent in French (spoken and written) — a MUST
