Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service, Social Media & Sales Executive who can professionally handle customer communication, actively manage social media interactions, and convert online inquiries into confirmed sales. Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media messages, and comments
- Convert chats, leads, and inquiries into confirmed sales
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
- Monitor and reply to comments on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube
- Post product videos, stories, and promotional content
- Assist in creating short product videos
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
