Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service, Social Media & Sales Executive who can professionally handle customer communication, actively manage social media interactions, and convert online inquiries into confirmed sales. Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media messages, and comments
  • Convert chats, leads, and inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
  • Monitor and reply to comments on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Post product videos, stories, and promotional content
  • Assist in creating short product videos

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
