Job Description
Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care in a Level 3 NICU by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in a Level 3 NICU environment
- Ensure patient safety and manage clinical risks
- Maintain positive patient experiences
- Mentor and coach junior nursing employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- At least 3 years current / recent experience in a Level 3 NICU
