Job Description
Lead Project Manager for a rapidly scaling fintech expanding its footprint into Saudi Arabia. Act as central point of coordination across Sales, Risk, Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of the SME B2B BNPL product
- Drive cross-functional alignment across departments
- Define and optimise operating models and workflows
- Track KPIs and operational efficiency
- Identify and resolve blockers
- Prepare executive-level updates
