Job Description
The role focuses on claim validation, technical assessment, customer engagement, supplier recovery, and continuous improvement to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction, working closely with a Master Technician on field inspections.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with sales teams and customers to collect warranty claims
- Conduct structured weekly customer visits
- Review, verify, and validate warranty claims
- Conduct field visits to analyze product issues
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping
- Maintain updated database for tire and battery claims
- Prepare monthly warranty cost percentage reports
- Develop technical bulletins and training programs
- Submit validated claims to supplier portals
- Coordinate with Finance for warranty reconciliation
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive experience
- Valid UAE driving license
