Job Description
A leading company in Amman seeks skilled negotiators (Banking & Finance / Business Administration/ Accountant) to enhance collaboration and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include conducting research, developing strategies, and mediating discussions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to collection and recovery process
- Achieve collections and recovery for assigned customers
- Update customer status in collections diary
- Follow up & contact customers to settle their liabilities
- Offering remedial solutions, restructures, and settlements
- Represent the Bank during meetings with clients
Qualifications
- University (B.A) in Business, Banking and finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Law
- Minimum of 1 year experience
