Senior Manager - Project Management

You will lead, architect, and scale a world-class delivery engine serving the Central Europe market and key strategic accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery governance and execution quality for Central Europe
- Champion a delivery approach connected to measurable customer outcomes
- Act as a senior escalation point
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success for scoping and feasibility
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing community of Project Managers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project or program management within SaaS, enterprise software, or industrial technology
- Demonstrated ability to lead PM teams or PMO functions
- Expert-level knowledge of project governance and RAID management
- Strong communication and executive presence
