Store Manager
Job Description
Out West Trading Co, a unique clothing and gift store coming late Spring 2026 to the new Suncadia Social is looking for our team leader. Designed to outfit you for all of your adventures, we are excited to create a well designed resort boutique that is frequented by locals and visitors to Suncadia. We are seeking a Full Time Store Manager whose primary goal will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience, for every customer on every visit.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining a strong retail team
- Hiring, training and ongoing supervision, development, coaching, and discipline
- Ensure adequate scheduling through all seasons
- Maintaining accurate and consistent inventory
- Ensure all products are received properly and in a timely manner
- Work with the buying team to maintain product life cycles and markdown schedules
- Maintain current knowledge of all products and ensure staff has up to date training
- Telling the Out West story through visual merchandising
Qualifications
- Formal retail, cash management and supervisory experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Open availability to meet busy retail needs, including weekends, nights and holidays
- Able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
