Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs
- Present products and services, and educate customers on relevant ways to buy products
- Understand and proactively stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and sales processes
- Support your peers throughout the store as needed by sharing knowledge
- Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in other areas of the store
- Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
Qualifications
- This will be a part time opportunity (20 hours a week) working in our retail stores
- Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken
