Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Analyst, Demand Planning to drive accurate demand forecasts and enable data‑driven decisions across the MENAPT region. In this role, you will synthesize market insights, historical performance, commercial inputs, and advanced analytics to shape a reliable demand signal.
Responsibilities
- Use and maintain demand planning systems to generate accurate forecasts
- Collect and analyze commercial inputs including distribution changes and pricing adjustments
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Finance to assess promotional activities
- Communicate demand forecasts and underlying assumptions to stakeholders
- Address forecast gaps through error and bias analysis
- Track, analyze, and share key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related business field
- 3–4 years of experience in Supply Chain or Business roles
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in demand planning and forecasting tools within the FMCG industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
