Job Description
Proteam is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-focused E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with online marketplaces, understands the digital customer journey, and is passionate about driving online sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
- Coordinate with marketing teams on online campaigns and promotions
- Handle online customer inquiries and ensure smooth order flow
- Optimize product visibility, content, and conversion rates
- Track competitor activities and market trends within digital marketplaces
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or online sales operations
- Previous exposure to FMCG, delivery platforms, or automotive e-commerce is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
