Business Analyst
Job Description
Enable enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Focus on studying existing customer journeys, business processes, and systems to translate business priorities into a structured modernization roadmap. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT leadership. Analyze customer journeys across digital/non-digital channels. Identify inefficiencies and constraints. Define future-state journeys. Support prioritization based on business value and risk. Facilitate workshops to capture requirements. Ensure alignment with Saudi regulatory and Vision 2030 objectives.

- Conduct detailed analysis of customer journeys across channels
- Analyze end-to-end business processes

- Ensure alignment with strategic drivers and regulatory needs
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of Business Analyst experience in financial services/fintech industry
- Strong experience in digital transformation or IT modernization initiatives
