Receive and qualify customer requests via a ticketing tool. Handle support requests, technical incidents, or malfunctions reported by monitoring.

  • Assist users in using IT tools

  • Write and update operating procedures

Qualifications

  • Bac +2 minimum
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good command of spoken and written English and French
