Job Description
Assist in monitoring employee relations issues, support management with Human Resources issues, and monitor hiring and recruitment compliance.
Responsibilities
- Track employee relations issues and resolutions
- Monitor hiring and recruitment compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and files
- Assist in logistics and scheduling of annual surveys
- Develop positive working relationships with others
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
