Support the team in attracting, sourcing and selecting quality talent. Support execution of open days and implement the annual recruitment plan.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of open days
- Research methods to promote the organization as a preferred employer
- Implement annual recruitment plan
- Source external talent for positions
- Review CVs and initiate screening
- Manage candidate interview schedules
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Retail or FMCG experience preferred
