Job Description
The role is accountable for the overall operational leadership, performance, and expansion execution of Omorfia Group’s multi-brand portfolio across Saudi Arabia. This role holds full country-level responsibility for business delivery, operational excellence, people leadership, and administrative governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operational performance of multi-brand portfolio across KSA
- Own country-level P&L delivery, revenue growth, and profitability targets
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring service excellence
- Lead expansion readiness and operational setup for new locations
- Drive workforce productivity and staff cost optimisation
- Oversee administrative governance and compliance with labour regulations
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in multi-site operations leadership
- Experience in Saudi market operations and regulatory landscape is a must
- Proven ownership of P&L and commercial performance delivery
