Cooler Technician
Job Description
Job Purpose: Install, maintain, and repair cooling systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing routine inspections, and conducting preventive maintenance on various cooling systems, while meeting the monthly and annual targets (Safety, Quality & Financially). Key Accountabilities: Responsible for all Cooler movements, delivering then installing, verifying then reporting diligently related to the MEM department (Contracts and related matters, Lost/Found & coolers count). Ensure that all customer complaints related to cooling equipment are swiftly addressed and from the 1st time (Corrective Maintenance) as per the company’s standards. Responsible for preparing all reports related to the daily, weekly & monthly activities (Equipment Work Order 'EWO', Spare Parts Issuance, Gate Pass, inventory of Coolers on Hand & Spare Parts on hand). Liaise with the Sales function to ensure that all commitments related to customer complaints been addressed then advise to close open EWOs. Responsible for the safe keeping of Coolers & Spare parts inventory on hand and minimizing waste, and salvage spare parts from the coolers condemned as scrap. Compliance to AQS Quality, Safety, Environmental & Financial Standards.

Qualifications
- Diploma Degree (Vocational)
- 1-2 Years Experience
- Heavy Duty driving license
