Project Manager (Construction) - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Description
Decima International is looking for a driven Project Manager with experience in the construction industry to support the development of multiple data center projects for a top technology client.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned work from start to close out.
- Prepare RFPs and support contractor selection.
- Work with contractors to establish CPM baseline schedules.
- Identify project risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Chair project meetings and maintain accurate minutes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
- Excellent understanding of construction, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction.
- PMP certification (preferred).
