Job Description
Management and leadership of Trading Business operations activities. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, developing processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the trading team
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures
- Ensure business operations comply with rules and regulations
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact
- Represent the business at industry events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations of fund management, investment banking, or private equity
