Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Manager to lead our human resources function and strengthen organizational culture across our UAE operations. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and building a high-performance, people-first workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and organizational objectives
  • Champion a strong workplace culture that fosters engagement, diversity, and inclusion
  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Implement effective performance management systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
  • Lead learning and development initiatives to upskill employees and support career progression
  • Utilize HR analytics and reporting to guide strategic decisions and measure HR effectiveness
  • Build transparent communication channels and feedback mechanisms to improve employee experience
  • Drive change management and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s or professional certification (CIPD, SHRM) preferred
  • 15–20 years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role
  • UAE/GCC experience preferred
