Group HR Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Manager to lead our human resources function and strengthen organizational culture across our UAE operations. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and building a high-performance, people-first workplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and organizational objectives
- Champion a strong workplace culture that fosters engagement, diversity, and inclusion
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent
- Implement effective performance management systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Lead learning and development initiatives to upskill employees and support career progression
- Utilize HR analytics and reporting to guide strategic decisions and measure HR effectiveness
- Build transparent communication channels and feedback mechanisms to improve employee experience
- Drive change management and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s or professional certification (CIPD, SHRM) preferred
- 15–20 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 5 years in a managerial role
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
