Job Description
Shangri-La Dubai is a luxurious urban sanctuary. As a Rooms Controller Supervisor, you will play an essential role in ensuring seamless room operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences that embody the Shangri-La philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Full knowledge of Front Office operational systems.
- Maintain house status reports to update Rooms inventory.
- Prepare keys and welcome folders for arriving guests.
- Coordinate with In-Room Dining/Amenity Centre for guest amenities.
- Block rooms for special requests, early arrivals, and groups.
- Liaise with Housekeeping for timely turnover of rooms.
- Action guest preferences to personalize their stay.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience within Front Office in a luxury hotel or 5-star environment.
- Proficient in Opera, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communicates fluently in English.
