Job Description

Join CAF, one of Kuwait’s fastest-growing homegrown coffee brands! We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive who can grow our B2B client base, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding sales results. Only candidates currently inside Kuwait will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across Kuwait
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Present and promote CAF coffee products to new and existing clients
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (F&B, coffee, hospitality, or FMCG is a plus)
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Valid Kuwait driving license & transferable residency
