Sales Executive – B2B Coffee Concept
Job Description
Join CAF, one of Kuwait’s fastest-growing homegrown coffee brands! We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive who can grow our B2B client base, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding sales results. Only candidates currently inside Kuwait will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across Kuwait
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
- Present and promote CAF coffee products to new and existing clients
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (F&B, coffee, hospitality, or FMCG is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Valid Kuwait driving license & transferable residency
