Job Description
The RBD (Regional Business Developer) is a senior position within the Middle East, Turkey, Africa Business Development organisation. As an RBD you will be focusing on developing a portfolio of Large Accounts and Projects in the Onshore Oil & Gas segment where you will create and lead the customer strategy to increase the adoption of Hilti solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of regional accounts (Owners, EPCs) operating in the Onshore Oil & Gas segment
- Lead multi-level relationships across technical and commercial departments
- Drive standardization, project specifications and sales development
- Build up the META project and opportunity pipeline
- Coordinate capture teams to achieve annual Net Sales ambitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Master’s in Engineering or MBA considered a plus
- Track record (5+ years) in Business Development or similar Sales Management positions
- In-depth understanding of the Energy / Oil & Gas sector and experience of working with EPCs or OEMs
