Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to act as a principal in-house legal advisor for a fast-moving, innovation-driven organization. You will provide legal guidance across a broad range of product, commercial, corporate, and compliance matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on product, privacy, and IP
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Support compliance initiatives and regulatory counseling
- Advise on global employment matters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a lawyer
- Legally qualified to practice law in your jurisdiction
- Experience in the crypto space is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
