Technical Service Assistant MEA

To support the continued growth of our Middle East & Africa (MEA) business, we’re looking for a Technical Service Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will play a key part in supporting our MEA customers and internal teams, with a strong focus on powder coatings. You’ll work closely with Technical Service, Sales, and customers to ensure Axalta’s products perform at their best in real-world applications.
Responsibilities
- Support the MEA business by running online trials for new powder coating products to support product approvals
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers in resolving application challenges
- Audit powder coating lines as part of Axalta’s Approved Applicator Schemes
- Train customers on powder coating application processes, best practices, and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent technical support across the region
Qualifications
- Technical background in coatings, chemistry, engineering, or a related field
- Experience or strong interest in powder coating application and processes
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
