Customer Service Engineer/Alexandria
Job Description
Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of Siemens medical systems. You will be communicating and accepting all operative advice from the Customer Care Center and ensuring the proper use of tool & test equipment. Maintain highest customer satisfaction within the framework of Siemens Healthcare Customer Services.
Responsibilities
- Performing installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of Siemens medical systems
- Ensuring the proper use of tool & test equipment
- Assuring efficient management of the spare parts and materials
- Complying with national and local regulations and safety standards
- Maintaining highest customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Electrical, Electronics, Electro-mechanical or Biomedical bachelor’s or master’s degree from reputable university or college
- Fresh graduates or maximum 3 years of experience in radiology field preferably CT, PET-CT, SPECT-CT
- Proven track record in similar CS functions from international Healthcare Business
- Advance engineering analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills rounded by a very good command in English
- High IT affinity
- Flexibility to travel within Egypt or wider region
