Job Description
This position will support the US Department of Veterans Affairs Critical Staffing Program. Provide centralized, remote support to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Dental Pilot Program, serving as the single accountable Point of Contact (POC) to oversee contract performance, risk management, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Compile and prepare review summaries, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and conferences
- Provide bi-weekly updates and monthly progress reports
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks; document process updates
- Ensure deliverables meet QASP standards
Qualifications
- Must possess 3 years of overall professional experience
- Experience in a medical or dental environment
- Education Required: Must possess a bachelor's degree
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required
- Pass/possess VA Public Trust Clearance
