Cloud Support Engineer
Job Description
Provide expert-level technical support for cloud and Linux-based environments at global scale. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and OS issues across cloud platforms, containers, and networking. Fully remote position.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex cloud/Linux issues
- Own support cases end to end
- Engage with customers via ticketing and remote sessions
- Perform root cause analysis on system failures
- Contribute to technical knowledge base
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting Linux in production
- Expertise in cloud, containers, storage, or networking
- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Programming fundamentals in any language
