Job Description

Provide expert-level technical support for cloud and Linux-based environments at global scale. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and OS issues across cloud platforms, containers, and networking. Fully remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complex cloud/Linux issues
  • Own support cases end to end
  • Engage with customers via ticketing and remote sessions
  • Perform root cause analysis on system failures
  • Contribute to technical knowledge base

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience supporting Linux in production
  • Expertise in cloud, containers, storage, or networking
  • Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Programming fundamentals in any language
