Executive Pastry Chef - Michelin Star
Job Description
The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for leading and managing all pastry operations for a high-end hospitality group, ensuring the highest standards of creativity, quality, consistency, and presentation aligned with fine-dining and Michelin-level standards.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, create, and develop innovative pastry and dessert menus
- Oversee daily production and presentation of pastries, desserts, and breads
- Lead, mentor, and manage the pastry kitchen team
- Maintain high standards of food quality and visual presentation
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and ingredient usage
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
Qualifications
- Culinary degree or professional certification in Pastry Arts is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants or equivalent fine-dining establishments (mandatory)
- Proven experience in a senior pastry leadership role within a luxury culinary environment
