Job Description

The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for leading and managing all pastry operations for a high-end hospitality group, ensuring the highest standards of creativity, quality, consistency, and presentation aligned with fine-dining and Michelin-level standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, create, and develop innovative pastry and dessert menus
  • Oversee daily production and presentation of pastries, desserts, and breads
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the pastry kitchen team
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and visual presentation
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and ingredient usage
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards

Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or professional certification in Pastry Arts is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants or equivalent fine-dining establishments (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in a senior pastry leadership role within a luxury culinary environment
