Director General
Job Description
The Director General serves as the chief executive officer of the organization and is responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and overall leadership to ensure the achievement of the organization’s mission and vision.
Responsibilities

- Oversee the financial performance, including budget preparation and reporting
- Lead the development and execution of organizational policies
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization

- Evaluate organizational performance through key metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant executive leadership experience
- Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution
- Exceptional financial acumen
