TikTok and Reels Video Editor & Content Creator
Job Description
Trolley AI is looking for a social-native video editor/creator to turn long-form content into short-form clips (TikTok, Reels). The editor must identify viral moments independently, use AI tools to speed up workflows, and have a deep understanding of platform trends and hooks. The role is part-time (20h/week) and remote.
Responsibilities
- Turn long-form content (podcasts, interviews) into native short-form clips
- Independently identify strong editorial and viral moments
- Add captions, music, overlays, and transitions optimized for 9:16 format
- Stay ahead with TikTok and Reels trends and sounds
- Deliver 10–12 high-quality clips per week with fast turnaround
Qualifications
- 2+ years editing short-form social video (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
- Deep fluency in TikTok culture, trends, and platform-native formats
- Strong creative taste, editorial judgment and storytelling instincts
- Clear communication skills in English
- Experience with AI tools for editing is expected
