Job Description
Manage daily income collection, bank deposits, and accounting entries for a business. Responsibilities include accounts payable, payroll processing, bank reconciliation, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Collect daily income and deposit into the bank
- Enter daily entries in Tally and update sales register
- Manage accounts payable and expense accounting
- Handle bank reconciliation and cheque preparation
- Process payroll in WPS Format
- Calculate end of service for employees
- Prepare VAT returns
- Perform monthly physical inventories
- Negotiate with vendors regarding price and products
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Accounting preferred
